Mandarin Orange Cake (with Pineapple Topping)
Mom F would make this for dessert frequently.

Cake
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 11 oz undrained can mandarin oranges
Topping
- 8 oz cool whip
- 20 oz undrained, crushed pineapple
- 1 box instant vanilla pudding
Instructions
Cake
- Beat all ingredients together.
- Pour into bundt pan.
- Bake at 350º F, 30-50 minutes
Topping
- Combine pineapple & pudding, then fold in cool whip.
- Scoop on top of cake

Haven’t made this in Europe… ingredients don’t really translate.
